It gives off a wonderful scent of herbal fragrance. Has medicinal values too. Each of the pills is inserted in the center a metal takrut with sacred Buddhist yant(108 takrut in total).

Classic Biagae in golden mesh by Laung Phor Jurah of Wat KlangBangGaow

This powerful biagae is made with a type of cowrie shell which is filled with mercury. Them sealed and reinforced with lead on the outer shell. Woven in golden mesh. When shaken you can feel and hear the filling inside.
